The WCCP's popular Board Certification program returns to West Florida on October 15, 2010. Classes will be held at the Girl Scout Council of West Central Florida located at 5002 West Lemon Street, Tampa, FL. 33609.
The Board Certification is specifically designed to offer an advanced level of professional education and certification in the management of one of America's most complex social compensation systems. The program is comprised of eight (8) live presentation courses and four (4) online courses, each of which delves into advanced concepts of insurance, law and the anatomy of occupational injury.
This advanced certification program requires an advanced level of qualification for eligibility and provides the opportunity for students to earn the "CWC” professional designation (Certified in Workers’ Compensation). Eligible participants include licensed claims adjusters, medical case managers, insurance, risk management, human resource, safety and vocational professionals.
