Bob O'Halloran, who is Vice President of Claims for Summit Consulting Inc., serves as an instructor and Chairman for the Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals organization, holds the AIC and CWC designations, and is a board member of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute, discusses the Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals organization, the challenges facing claims adjusters, and recent legislation and case law that adjusters need to be aware of. Bob O’Halloran was also selected as the June “Meet Me Candidate” which will be officially launched this month.
